SHAVING MACHINE FOR SOLE LEATHER

The very heavy and stout structure of the side frames and of the cast iron traverses, the closed frame and the blade cylinder's stability allow us to offer a shaving machine for sole leather which is ideal for processing vegetable tanned butts, bends and shoulders. The main features of the machine are:

• Fully hydraulic engineering of the following operations:

1. Opening and closing;
2. Speed of rotation of the transport roller adjustable in continuous mode from 0 to 30 m/1';
3. Basic setting up of the working thickness;
4. Quick trimming device which allows to adjust the thickness during the working stage within a range of 2mm (from +10 to -10) ;
5. Fan rotation;
6. Smooth movement of the grinder carriage with adjustable speed;
7. Quick return device (on demand);

• Availability of continuous grinding or by single step;
• Automatic removal of the wheel from the blade cylinder during the hide's passage;
• Automatic increment of the grinding wheel in order to close the gap;
• Grinding system on ground and protected prismatic guides;
• Quick change of parallelism between the support cylinder and the blade cylinder;
• Electronic balancing of the blade cylinder;
• Leather feed-in area protected by a certified safety photoelectric device which prevents the machine from closing when the ray is darkened;
• Safety table which protects the entire working area;
• The machine is provided with casings which protect all its moving parts;
• The electrical equipment is placed in a watertight control cabinet in compliance with the safety standards;
• The machine complies with CE standards;

OPTIONAL EXTRAS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST:
1. Rubber support roller for cleaning the hide and not for splitting it;
2. Support roller's reversing device to enable a quick return of the hide;
3. Hoods for suction and discharge of leather powder and emery dust, exclusive of pipes and electroaspirators;
4. Conveyor belt for shavings collection.
